Terms of Service
Written to be read. If anything here is unclear, call us and we will explain it before you book.
Last updated September 22, 2026
These terms govern services provided by Cleanspectrums Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("CleanSpectrums", "we", "us"), and your use of cleanspectrums.com.
By booking work with us, paying an invoice or deposit, or using this website, you agree to these terms.
CleanSpectrums provides solar panel cleaning, visual inspection with photo documentation, non-invasive production diagnostics, exterior soft washing, and project coordination for solar panel removal and reinstallation around roof work.
This is important and we state it plainly: Permitted electrical work is completed through our licensed partner, so you keep one point of contact from the first photo to the final reading.
CleanSpectrums is not a licensed electrical or roofing contractor and does not hold itself out as one. Work that requires a Florida contractor license — including permitted electrical disconnection and reconnection, and roofing work — is performed by licensed contracting partners. Depending on the job, that work may be contracted directly between you and that licensed contractor. We tell you which arrangement applies before work begins.
Estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
An estimate is based on what we can see and on what you tell us. If we arrive and find conditions that materially differ — significantly more panels, a roof that is unsafe to walk, damage not previously visible, or blocked access — we will stop, show you what we found, and give you a revised price. We do not perform additional billable work without your approval.
Scheduling is confirmed by text or email. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation and rescheduling terms.
So we can do the job safely and on time, you agree to: give us safe access to the property and the roof area on the scheduled day; tell us about known hazards — a fragile roof, a wasp nest, an unfenced pool, loose dogs; secure pets during the visit; and ensure that someone authorized to approve the work is reachable by phone.
You confirm that you own the property or are authorized to have this work performed on it, and that you have obtained any HOA approval your community requires.
Many solar systems are covered by a manufacturer or installer warranty, and some warranties restrict who may work on the system. It is your responsibility to check your warranty before authorizing work, and to tell us about any restriction you are aware of. We will work with you around it.
We use methods intended to be warranty-safe — deionized water, soft brushes, non-invasive diagnostics — but we cannot be responsible for a manufacturer's decision about your warranty.
If you give us access to your monitoring account so we can read production data, we use it only for your job and nothing else.
Solar arrays and roofs age. Micro-cracks, seal failure, corroded connectors, degraded wiring and worn roof penetrations are common and frequently invisible until the system is inspected up close.
We photograph what we find and give you the report, including bad news. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for the failure of components that were already failing. Our diagnostic work is payable whether the findings are good or bad — you are paying for the answer, not for a particular answer.
We guarantee our workmanship. If our work was not done properly, tell us within 7 days and we return and correct it at no charge, or refund that service. Full terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We do not guarantee a specific increase in energy production. Cleaning typically improves output, and we document before-and-after readings, but production depends on weather, shading, panel age, inverter health and utility factors that are outside our control. Any figure we mention is an expectation, not a promise.
We carry liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request.
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost energy savings, lost income, or costs of alternative power — or for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, by weather, or by work performed by others.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.
Prices are in US dollars. Invoices are due on receipt unless your written estimate says otherwise. Accepted methods, deposits and recurring plans are described on our Payments page.
If an invoice remains unpaid after 30 days we may suspend further work and pursue collection. We would much rather call you and work something out — please call us at (407) 753-7515 if there is a problem with a bill.
We also sell written digital products, delivered as a PDF by email. When you buy one, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own property and your own decisions. You may print it and show it to your roofer, your installer, your insurer or your family. You may not resell it, republish it, or distribute it commercially.
These documents are informational only. They are not an engineering report, a home inspection, a legal opinion, a contract review, or financial advice, and they do not create a contractor–client relationship for any permitted work. Cost ranges, permit fees and timelines described in them are typical figures for Central Florida at the date of writing and will change. Always confirm current requirements with your local building department and get a written quote before committing to anything.
Delivery times and refunds for digital products are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We photograph every job as documentation for you. We may also want to use a photo in our marketing — showing the work, not your family or your address.
We ask your permission first, and saying no changes nothing about your service or your price.
The content of this website — text, images, layout and the CleanSpectrums name and logo — belongs to Cleanspectrums Enterprises LLC. Guides and articles are general information for Central Florida homeowners, not an inspection of your specific system, and should not be relied on as a substitute for having your system looked at.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or never offline.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida.
