What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

This website is operated by Cleanspectrums Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Kissimmee, Florida — serving Osceola County, Polk County and the surrounding Central Florida area. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Cleanspectrums Enterprises LLC.

This policy explains what we collect through cleanspectrums.com and through the course of providing our services.

Information you give us directly. When you submit the estimate form, call, text or email us, we receive your name, phone number, email address, service address, and whatever you tell us about your system — such as the number of panels or the inverter brand.

Job records. When we perform work, we create records: dated photographs of your roof and array before and after, inspection notes, meter or inverter readings, invoices and receipts.

Payment information. Handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation showing the amount, the date and the last four digits of the card. We never receive or store your full card number.

Basic technical information. Our host records standard web server information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.

Our estimate form offers address suggestions as you type. To provide that, the characters you type in the address field are sent to the Google Places API, which returns matching addresses. Google's handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

This only applies to the address field, and only while you are typing in it. If you prefer not to use it, type your address and ignore the suggestions — the form works exactly the same.

To prepare your estimate; to schedule and perform the work; to document what we did and show you; to invoice and take payment; to answer your questions and handle warranty requests; to coordinate with a licensed contracting partner when your job includes permitted electrical or roofing work; and to keep the records we are required to keep for tax and insurance purposes.

If you ask us to, we may also contact you about a future cleaning or a seasonal reminder. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

We do not sell your personal information. Not to marketers, not to lead brokers, not to anyone.

We do not share your contact information with other companies to sell you something.

We do not publish your address or photos of your home without asking you first. If we would like to use a photo of your project in our marketing, we ask, and a no changes nothing about your service.

Only where it is necessary to do the job you hired us for:

• Our licensed contracting partner, when your job includes permitted electrical or roofing work — they receive what they need to perform and permit that work.

• Stripe, our payment processor, to process your payment.

• Our website and email providers, which store form submissions and messages so we receive them.

• Government agencies, insurers or courts, where the law requires it or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

That is the complete list.

Job records, photographs, invoices and receipts are kept for at least 4 years, because they are our evidence of what was done and they support tax, insurance and warranty obligations.

Estimate requests that never become jobs are kept up to 2 years, then deleted.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email info@cleanspectrums.com or call (407) 753-7515 and we will respond within 30 days.

We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

This website is served over encrypted HTTPS. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our systems. Job records and photographs are kept in access-controlled accounts.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affected your personal information, we would notify you as required by Florida law.

Our services are sold to property owners. This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted clearly. This version is effective September 22, 2026.
