Everything we do
CleanSpectrums is a solar maintenance specialist that also handles the exterior work around it. We are not a general handyman service, and that focus is the reason our customers keep the number.
Services
The array comes off before your roofer starts and goes back to mapped positions when the deck is finished. Panels labeled by position, staged on your property, photo documented start to finish, and output verified against a day-one baseline. Permitted electrical work is completed through our licensed partner, so you keep one point of contact from the first photo to the final reading.
Deionized water and soft brushes at low pressure. No detergents, no pressure on the glass, and no mineral spotting. Every cleaning includes a visual inspection of panels, mounts and visible wiring, plus the photo set.
Production compared against expected output, visual inspection of panels, optimizers, conduit and mounting, and a written finding in plain English. We are often called for systems orphaned when the original installer went out of business.
Manufacturer claims run on documentation, and most homeowners do not have it. We assemble the serial numbers, photos and production history a claim needs, and we deal with the manufacturer directly so you are not on hold.
Storm damage, a panel lifted by wind, an array that went dark, water showing up near a mount. We stabilize the situation quickly and bring in the right licensed hands when the fix calls for them.
Low-pressure soft washing that kills algae and moss at the root without stripping granules off your shingles. Particularly worth doing on the roof under and around a solar array, where you cannot easily get to it later.
Siding, soffits, eaves and screen enclosures. Same low-pressure approach, sized to the surface, so you get the curb appeal back without forcing water where it does not belong.
Oil staining, algae and the black streaking Florida concrete collects. Gutters cleared and flushed, which matters more than people think on a house with solar, since overflow finds its way under the array.
