Roger Carmona spent years in the solar industry before starting CleanSpectrums, long enough to watch the same pattern repeat across Central Florida. Systems get sold, installed and then abandoned. Installers fold. Warranties become impossible to claim. Homeowners find out their array has been underproducing for two years and nobody ever told them.
CleanSpectrums is family run out of Central Florida. That means you get the owner on the phone and the same people on your roof, not a rotating subcontractor crew. It also means our reputation here is not abstract. Our customers are our neighbors.
We are a solar panel maintenance and exterior cleaning specialist: cleaning, inspection, documentation, non-invasive diagnostics, and removal and reinstallation around roof work. Permitted electrical work is completed through our licensed partner, so you keep one point of contact from the first photo to the final reading. We are not a general handyman service, and we will tell you when a job belongs to someone else.
Every job gets a photo set. Serial numbers, mounting hardware, pre-work production readings, the condition we found things in, and the condition we left them in. It is the single thing that protects a homeowner when a warranty claim, an insurance adjuster or a future buyer starts asking questions.
Florida regulates electrical and roofing work, and we respect that line carefully. We manage your project end to end as a single point of contact, and the permitted portions are completed through our licensed contracting partners. You get one company to call and the correct license on the work that needs one.
