24 / 7 emergency line
A panel lifted in a storm. Water showing up near a mount. An array that went dark and will not come back. Call now and we will tell you what to do in the next ten minutes.
Panels lifted, shifted or hanging. Visible arcing, burning smell or scorch marks at the inverter or combiner. Water entering the house near a roof penetration. A downed conductor anywhere on the property. Do not climb up to look. Call from the ground.
If it is safe to reach and you know which one it is, switch off the AC disconnect for the solar system. Do not touch damaged wiring, standing water near equipment, or anything that is arcing. Keep people and pets away from the area under the array. Photograph what you can see from the ground for your insurer.
Stabilize first: make the situation safe, stop water intrusion where we can, secure loose equipment. Then document everything for your insurance claim, and give you a clear finding. Permitted electrical work is completed through our licensed partner, so you keep one point of contact from the first photo to the final reading.
Call early. After a hurricane every roofer and every solar company in Central Florida is booked within days, and insurers start asking for documentation immediately. Even if your array looks fine from the ground, a post-storm inspection catches the mount and flashing damage that turns into a leak two months later.
